KG is the clear market leader in branded mineral waters in Germany. The various systems and equipment within Gerolsteiner\u2019s production generate large amounts of data that can provide valuable insights and serve as a foundation for optimizations. However, these data had previously been insufficiently synchronized and analyzed. A transparent and comprehensive overview of the process data from production systems alongside the corresponding business data has been lacking. This resulted in high efforts for analyses and quality controls.
