Doesn’t necessarily mean “climbing the ladder”.
You set your own career pace. For example, our path in software development ranges from Tech Lead to Requirements Engineer to IoT Architecture Consultant, and possibly to Team Lead. “Horizontally,” you can switch from backend and frontend to full-stack to devops, or build certified knowledge (Azure, AWS, Databricks, etc.).

Who better than you to know which trainings are beneficial for you? Therefore, you decide on attending relevant courses, seminars, and conferences. For this, you have an annual training budget of up to €1,000.

Development
talks

A clear view of your future.
Twice a year, you have a development talk with your supervisor. Together, in a personal exchange, you identify your interests, strengths, and current performance level. This helps you figure out where your journey can/should go, set goals, and develop and promote your skills as needed.

Knowledge
sharing

Those who share knowledge, gain more.
Of course, you’re free to share your knowledge whenever and wherever you want. We’ve initiated a few useful formats to facilitate knowledge transfer, like Show & Tell, blog posts, pair programming, internal workshops, and “guilds” (Azure, DevOps, Frontend, QA, Security).
