In our Cloud Accelerator Team (CAT), we acquire the latest MS Azure expertise and create innovative solution concepts/designs for proposals. These enable our Agile and Delivery teams to estimate project efforts and proceed with technical implementation. Leveraging our proximity to potential customers, we identify needs and new product components, create prototypes and demos, and excite customers with our technological expertise. This way, we win new customers and projects, with a perspective on other cloud solutions.

CENTERSIGHT (CS) scale is our flagship solution, continuously updated by our dedicated Product Development Team to stay at the cutting edge of technology. The Product Development team collaborates with project teams and CAT to define product requirements and the roadmap. They also ensure the smooth operation and deployment of our shared environments, excel in application consulting, and support project teams with their CENTERSIGHT expertise in architecture design when needed.

Our Customer Support team – the first point of contact for our external customers regarding product and service queries – is key to customer satisfaction. Well-trained and knowledgeable staff sit here, and they certainly do not withhold their technical and commercial knowledge. The team also supports its colleagues, the Device Insight staff, by addressing internal customer requests, answering their questions, and further boosting our crew’s happiness factor.

Then it's time for a personal or virtual meeting (for full-remote positions). Depending on the position, you might complete a live coding task (software development) or possibly a role-play (sales). Afterwards, or on another day, you will meet the team (usually remotely and for no longer than 60 minutes).
